Quotation Letter for Pricing

A quotation letter is given to a potential customer/client upon their requests and will contain their requested price quote.

If the letter is being sent as a hard copy, then it should be in the proper business format, otherwise, if the letter is being emailed, it should have an appropriate subject line and proper grammar.

Steps
  1. State what the product or service that you are providing them with.
  2. If quote is for a project, be sure to give a detailed breakdown of what the costs are.
  3. Provide an estimated time as to when the product will be ready or service will be completed by.
  4. Let them know how they can proceed.
  5. Thank the client/customer for their interest.
