Rejection Letter After Interview

Sending a rejection letter after an interview will let the job candidate know that they have not been selected and provide closure for them.

If the letter is being sent as a hard copy, then it should be in the proper business format, otherwise, if the letter is being emailed, it should have an appropriate subject line and proper grammar.
How to Write
  1. Tell them that they have not been selected for the position.
  2. Thank them for taking the time to interview with your company.
