Income Verification Letter

An income verification letter is a formal letter confirming an employee's employment status and income.

If the letter is being sent as a hard copy, then it should be in the proper business format, otherwise, if the letter is being emailed, it should have an appropriate subject line and proper grammar.

How to Write
  1. Confirm that your employee is/was employed at your organization.
  2. Confirm the employee's start date.
  3. State how much the employee is/was earning.
