Employee Appreciation Letter

An employee appreciation letter can be written for many reasons, such as, loyalty to company, outstanding performance, or going above and beyond. The letter will show your appreciation and can boost employee morale.

If the letter is being sent as a hard copy, then it should be in the proper business format, otherwise, if the letter is being emailed, it should have an appropriate subject line and proper grammar.

How to Write
  1. Thank your employee and include the reason why you're thanking them.
  2. Tell them what appreciation gift they'll be receiving. (optional)
