Business Proposal Letter

A business proposal letter is used to tell others about your business and solicit their business.

If the letter is being sent as a hard copy, then it should be in the proper business format, otherwise, if the letter is being emailed, it should have an appropriate subject line and proper grammar.

How to Write
  1. Introduce yourself and/or your company. If this is a follow up letter, then tell them why you're writing the letter.
  2. Tell them what you are offering and why they should choose you.
  3. Tell them how they can contact you or how they can proceed with your business proposal.
  4. Thank them for their time.
