Landlord Reference Letter
To Whom This May Concern:

Please be informed that Mrs. Smith has been a tenant of my apartment building Beachside Apartments at 1234 Main Street Unit 14 in Wilmington, NC since April 22, 2013. During this time, it has been my pleasure to have Mrs. Smith as one of the tenants in the building. She has demonstrated significant respect to the property and has not received any complaints from neighbors. Our records indicate that Mrs. Smith has paid her rent on-time every month.

If you have any further questions or concerns, do not hesitate to call our office at (123) 555-0110 between 9 am and 5 pm Monday through Saturday.

Sincerely,
